Warranty Policy

✦ we have a 10-day warranty policy so if in any case your jewellery has been damaged, we will either send you a refund or a replacement.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Breakage or malfunction of any component

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the expected lifespan of the jewellery
  • Alterations or modifications made to the jewellery without prior approval
  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or abrasive materials
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • any change of mind decisions

Warranty Process:

✦ if you need to make a claim under this warranty policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@stapleaesthetics.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and delivery date.
  3. Describe the issue with the jewellery, including any photos or videos that demonstrate the problem.
  4. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide a diagnosis and proposed solution.
  5. If your claim is approved, we will offer you a replacement or refund, as per your choice.

Replacement Options:

  • We will provide a replacement jewellery item that is identical to the original item, if possible.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund 

Refund Options:

  • We will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
