✦ we have a 10-day warranty policy so if in any case your jewellery has been damaged, we will either send you a refund or a replacement.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Breakage or malfunction of any component
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear beyond the expected lifespan of the jewellery
- Alterations or modifications made to the jewellery without prior approval
- Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or abrasive materials
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
- any change of mind decisions
Warranty Process:
✦ if you need to make a claim under this warranty policy, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@stapleaesthetics.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and delivery date.
- Describe the issue with the jewellery, including any photos or videos that demonstrate the problem.
- Our customer service team will review your claim and provide a diagnosis and proposed solution.
- If your claim is approved, we will offer you a replacement or refund, as per your choice.
Replacement Options:
- We will provide a replacement jewellery item that is identical to the original item, if possible.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund
Refund Options:
- We will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
